I care about the "why" behind design decisions —what actually helps people. My bachelor's thesis explored how UX designers integrate AI into their workflows, using workshop facilitation and thematic analysis to get past the hype and into how designers really think. I'm drawn to qualitative research: the human part of understanding a user, not just the metrics.

Clear, human copy with a distinct voice

Words are where I get to have a voice. I write UX copy that's clear and human. Outside of client work I run a Substack with an unapologetically run-on, self-aware tone I've spent time protecting from over-polishing. Currently deepening this through a UX Writing course, sitting right at the intersection of design and language.
